General secretariat

The general secretariat of the faculty is responsible for the following tasks (Joint Ministerial Decision of August 24, 2004):
- Preparation of the faculty's human resources management plan and ensure its implementation
- Career Conduct for Faculty Employees
- Manage and maintain the faculty's records and documentation
- Prepare the faculty's budget proposal and ensure its implementation
- Promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the competent bodies of the university administration
- Management of the movable and immovable resources of the faculty and to ensure maintenance
- Ensure the implementation of the faculty's internal security system
The general secretariat of the faculty consists of three main departments:
- The Personnel Service
- The Budget and Accounting Service
- The General Resources Service
