Department of Legal and Administrative Sciences

- The Department of Legal and Administrative Sciences was created in 1998 with a staff of 500 students in the classical system. During the academic year 2010-2011, the LMD system was created, The objectives of this specialty are:

1- Provide students with basic and advanced knowledge in the fields of law and its various sources.

2 - Enable students to develop their mental and practical skills, their ability to learn and qualify them to study law.

3 - Provide students with basic and advanced knowledge of the Algerian legal system and its principles, concepts and sources.

4. Prepare qualified students to receive professional legal training and enable them to provide commercial and legal services in line with the requirements of the labor market.

5. Develop students' ability to write and prepare articles, reports and research, to train them in legal writing and its use, to deal with different sources of knowledge and to benefit from data and information.

6 - Prepare graduates who can contribute and participate in the performance of legal services and academic activities.

7- Strengthen the relationship between university education and the scientific professional environment and provide specialized executives, and allow students to communicate effectively with others and react quickly to developments.

8. Expand the basis of training and higher education in the east of the country, ensure continuity of training and reinforce information renewal capabilities whenever necessary.
